These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.Rentmypartner.com (“Website” or “Platform”), operated under the name Shri Narayan Enterprises (“Platform Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, or selecting the “I Agree” checkbox, the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Rent My Partner is an online platform that allows users to view profiles and submit requests for conversations, coffee meetings, shopping, and other lawful social activities.

The Platform acts solely as a digital facilitator and does not guarantee the availability, acceptance, response, meeting, or performance of any particular individual.

Submitting a request or making a payment does not establish a confirmed booking unless the applicable booking process expressly confirms it.

The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of all user-submitted information or the conduct of individual users.

Payments made through the Platform are charges for access to the applicable platform features, credit plans, or other clearly described digital facilities.

All fees will be displayed before payment. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan, validity, and usage conditions before completing a transaction.

The Platform may offer the following access and credit tiers:

Unless otherwise expressly stated, one credit will be deducted for each successfully submitted connection request.

Credits are subject to the applicable plan's validity, usage rules, and expiry conditions. Expired credits will be handled according to the disclosed credit policy and applicable law.

Credits are intended for use exclusively within the Platform and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by the Platform or required by applicable law.

The Platform reserves the right to correct genuine technical errors in credit balances, transactions, or plan displays, subject to applicable law and appropriate review.

Submitting a request does not guarantee its acceptance or result in a confirmed meeting.

Voluntary Continuing Consent: All interactions and activities must be based on the free, voluntary, and continuing consent of everyone involved.

Any person may decline a request or withdraw their consent at any time. No user may demand a meeting, conversation, or other activity merely because a payment has been made.

Users must respect personal boundaries and must not engage in coercion, harassment, threats, blackmail, or any unlawful conduct.

The Platform may establish additional booking procedures and requirements, which users must follow where applicable.

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, impersonation, and deliberate misrepresentation.
• Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, or intimidation.
• Sharing another person's private information without lawful authority.
• Using the Platform to arrange unlawful activities.
• Misusing profiles, photographs, contact information, or communication facilities.
• Attempting to manipulate payments, credits, or booking processes.

Users should exercise reasonable caution when communicating with other users or arranging in-person meetings. Users are encouraged to report suspicious conduct or potential violations to rentmypartner@gmail.com.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information, photographs, and other content they submit.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform does not provide independent identity or background verification and does not guarantee that every profile or statement is accurate.

The Platform may review, restrict, or remove profiles and content that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Users must not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

Payments must be made through the payment methods authorized or displayed by the Platform.

12-Hour Cancellation Window: Users may submit a cancellation request by emailing rentmypartner@gmail.com within 12 hours of a successful payment.

Each request will be reviewed according to the applicable policy and circumstances. Where appropriate and legally permissible, the Platform may provide credits instead of a cash refund.

Cash refunds are subject to the published Refund Policy, the nature of the transaction, applicable consumer protection requirements, and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Users must not make knowingly false payment disputes or fraudulent chargeback claims. However, nothing in this provision prevents a user from exercising a legitimate payment dispute or statutory right.

The Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, harassment, misuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally required, the affected user will be notified of the relevant action.

The Platform may remove content or restrict access to protect users, maintain platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse.

Any treatment of remaining credits, payments, personal information, or account records following suspension or termination will be governed by the applicable policies and law.

The collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information will be governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

The Platform will handle personal information on the applicable lawful basis and for the purposes described in its policies.

Users may exercise their applicable rights concerning their personal information, including eligible requests for correction or deletion, in accordance with applicable law.

The Platform aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any applicable statutory consumer rights or non-excludable legal obligations.

The Platform's name, branding, logo, website design, text, graphics, and other protected materials are owned by or lawfully used by the relevant rights holders.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or misuse these materials without appropriate authorization.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the Platform's security, gain unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious code, or misuse its technical infrastructure.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Waiver: If the Platform does not immediately exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms, this will not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be addressed before the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable Indian law.
